An applicant seeking a licence to carry out activities in the field of industrial safety, design and construction of hazardous facilities and transportation of dangerous goods shall submit the following documents:

   EGRPO extract of the applicant (Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organisations; copy certified in the established manner)

   Charter and certificate of the applicant (copies certified in the established manner)

   Power of attorney of the applicant’s representative and a copy of the representative’s passport

   Documents of the applicant’s specialists and managers who will carry out activities in the field of industrial safety, design and construction of hazardous facilities and transportation of dangerous goods (copies of education certificates, employment record books and employment orders), certified by the enterprise

   Copies of documents confirming that the applicant owns, leases or otherwise lawfully holds premises and buildings (Form 1, approved by Order No. 06-iş of the Main State Service “Turkmenstandartlary” dated 23 January 2023)

    Availability of the licence applicant’s accredited (or otherwise lawfully used) laboratories for destructive and/or non-destructive testing of metal and welded joints when performing work (services) on the manufacture and diagnostics of technical devices used at hazardous production facilities (confirmed by copies of the laboratory’s accreditation or attestation certificates and their first annexes)
