List of documents required for certification of imported software:
- 1. "Turkmenstandartary" on a form (application) to the main state service;
- 2. Application (G-15);
- 3. Specialization (4 copies certified by seal);
- 4. The source code of the written software, if any;
- 5. Program quality assurance;
- 6. A copy of the customs declaration (if the software product is sent via the Internet, a customs declaration is not required);

A copy of the contract (if the software product is brought to
Turkmenistan under the contract) registered and approved in the
prescribed manner at the State Commodity Exchange of Turkmenistan;
- 8.
If the software product arrived on an electronic carrier (USB, disk,
etc.), a copy of the certificate issued by the customs authorities, a
copy of the certificate of customs inspection or the certificate that
the goods were placed in a temporary storage place, if the software
product was sent via the Internet, the application a confirmation letter
from the supplier indicating the date of arrival of the software
product;

A copy of the invoice or invoice (if the software product was sent via
the Internet, a certified copy of the invoice sent by e-mail or
facsimile);

- 23. Information about the software product (form G-39);
- 24. Document confirming payment for certification services;

On the procedure for the design, development, production, installation
(installation), acquisition, use and import of radio electronic means
and high-frequency equipment, approved by Decree 1236 of the President
of Turkmenistan on May 24, 2019 A copy of the permit issued by the
"Turkmenaragatnashyk" agency in accordance with the regulations.

from the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan;

- 1. "Turkmenstandartary" on a form (application) to the main state service;

- 3. Specialization (4 copies certified by seal);
- 4. A copy of the customs declaration;
- 5. A copy of the contract registered and approved in the prescribed manner at the State Commodity Exchange of Turkmenistan;

- 1. "Turkmenstandartary" on a form (application) to the main state service;
- 2. Application (G-15);
- 3. Specialization (4 stamped copies and 2 TMT copies);
- 4. A copy of the customs declaration;
- 5.
A copy of the contract registered and approved in the prescribed manner
at the State Commodity Exchange of Turkmenistan (checked and approved);
- 6.
A copy of the certificate issued by the customs authorities, a copy of
the customs inspection letter or a copy of the certificate that the
goods have been placed in a temporary storage place;
- 7. Invoice and CMR copies;
- 8. Certificate of origin of the product (проишкождение);
- 9. Document confirming product quality;
- 10. "Authorization" for Communication Devices
- 11. Copy of State Register of Legal Entities (EGRPO) certificate, copies of information letter (certified by seal);
- 12. Copy of the Charter of the Enterprise (checked and approved);
- 13. Copy of power of attorney and passport of representative with seal.
Note:
Documents must be submitted by the applicant in the official language.
Applicants can submit documents in a foreign language, and they are
accompanied by a translation in the state language certified by the
translation authorities on the territory of Turkmenistan. Depending on
the specifics of each product, the presence of supporting documents on
product quality, safety and environmental protection is stipulated in
their regulatory document and other regulatory legal documents of
Turkmenistan, such as safety passports of chemical products, results of
toxicological tests, results of tests conducted by the equipment
manufacturer, hygienic certificate, etc. Those documents may be
requested from the Applicant by the certification body.
