Testing of 134 types of building products is carried out in the building products testing department of the Central Laboratory of the State Service "Turkmenstandartlary" of the Akhal velayat and the city of Ashgabat. Including wood materials (sawdust and fiber boards), ceramic tiles for flooring and wall stickers, facing tiles made from cut natural stones (marble, granite), Portland cement and sulphate-resistant Portland cement, paints and varnishes (paints, enamel, varnish and solvents), thermal insulation materials (fiberglass boards, mineral fiber boards, expanded polystyrene boards, polyurethane foam boards, etc.), waterproofing materials (crushed crushed stone, crushed sand and crushed sand mixture) and other materials.

The main tests are carried out on high-quality and accurate equipment from such countries as Spain, Italy, Holland and the USA.
