On the basis of the Law of Turkmenistan "On Ensuring the Integrity of Measurements", regardless of the type of ownership within the territory of the province, it carries out metrological state control inspections, metrological comparison and verification of measuring instruments, calibration, as well as metrological tests and attestation.
