The main functions of the laboratory

In order to obtain objective and reliable results when determining the conformity of the actual quality indicators of the product with the requirements of standard and other regulatory documents, the following questions are put before the laboratory:

conducting tests in accordance with the requirements of standards and other regulatory documents;

Participation in the development of legal and organizational, scientific-methodical regulatory documents within the scope of the tests, other departments of the state service "Turkmenstandar" of the Balkan Province and the Central Laboratory;

According to its purpose, Barlaghana performs the following tasks and activities.

sample selection and test preparation;

organoleptic and instrumental testing of the selected sample in accordance with the standard, technical conditions and other KR requirements;

correctly and accurately perform tests in accordance with applicable KR requirements;

to formalize the result of the examination in the prescribed manner regardless of the result obtained;

Regardless of the results of the tests, the results must be recorded in the record book and a protocol (document) must be provided;

keep the test protocol, selection sample, arbitration sample for the specified time;

preparation of data on test results, generalization analysis;

developing proposals for improving the technical level of measuring equipment in the modernization of test methods;

       introduction of new methods and modern measurement means and equipment for product quality control;

       informing the relevant management about the work being done.

Obligation of the certified laboratory upon order.

Laboratory:

       allowing officers to attend and observe trials;

       complete the test by the specified or agreed time;

       inform the customer that a certain part of the test can be carried out in another Certified laboratory and that the tests can be performed with his consent;

       ensure that product test results are not disclosed pending receipt;

Obligation to transfer parts of the test to another laboratory. The functions of the laboratory are to protect the rules of the results of the work to be performed and its relationship with the laboratory, to document and record all the work to be performed.

Tasks performed by employees of the laboratory department are described in the job description approved by the head of the Central Laboratory of the Turkmenstandar State Service of the Balkan Province.
