Obligations of the accredited department to claimants (representatives).

The Department shall:

- to allow the claimant to participate in laboratory tests.

- check and test the purchase on the appointed date.

- partial inspection, testing with another accredited laboratory is notified to the claimant.

- to provide a confidential message about the outcome of the client's work.

Obligations to transfer parts of the test to another laboratory. The department's responsibilities include documenting all work to be done, and maintaining compliance with regulations regarding the results of the work to be performed and the relationship with the other laboratory.

The employees of the department shall conduct their work in accordance with the laws of the state

must establish and adhere to.

The work schedule of the department's employees is carried out under the supervision of the head of the Central Laboratory.

The Department shall:

- regular department staff should develop work experience. Participation in all audits and testing activities in accordance with accreditation.

- Conducting the examination and examination in accordance with the rules.

- reporting the results of the tests to the "Turkmenstandartary" state service of the state service of the Balkan region every month.
