Main tasks of the Barlaghana

In order to obtain objective and reliable results when determining the conformity of the real quality indicators of the product with the requirements of the standard and other regulatory documents, the following questions are put before the laboratory:

- conducting tests in accordance with the requirements of standards and other regulatory documents in the prescribed manner;

Participation in the development of legal and organizational, scientific-methodological regulatory documents in the context of conducting tests together with other departments of the State Service "Turkmenstandartary" of the Balkan Velayat and the Central Laboratory;

According to its purpose, Barlaghana carries out the following tasks and activities.

     • sample selection and preparation for testing;

     • organoleptic and instrumental testing of the selected sample in accordance with the requirements of the standard, technical conditions and other KR;

     • correctly and accurately perform the tests performed in accordance with the applicable KR requirements;

     • to formalize the result of the test in the prescribed manner regardless of the result obtained;

     • Regardless of the results of the tests, the results should be recorded in the record book and a protocol (document) should be issued;

     • to keep the protocol of the test, the sample selection sheet, the arbitration sample until the specified period;

     • preparation of information on test results, generalization analysis;

     • development of proposals for improving the technical level of measuring equipment in the modernization of test methods;

     • introduction of new methods and modern measuring means and equipment for product quality testing;

     • informing the relevant management about the work being done.

Obligation of the Certified Laboratory in the presence of the Order.

The laboratory shall:

     • providing an opportunity for an officer to participate in and observe the tests being conducted;

     • complete the test by the specified or agreed time;

     • to inform the customer that a certain part of the test can be performed in another Certified laboratory and to perform the tests with his consent;

     • to ensure that product test results are not disclosed until we receive them;

Obligations to transfer parts of the test work to another laboratory. The laboratory's duties are to protect the rules regarding the results of the work to be performed and its relationship with the laboratory, as well as to document and record all the work to be performed.

The tasks performed by the employees of the laboratory department are described in the job description approved by the head of the Central Laboratory of the State Service "Turkmenstandartary" of the Balkan Velayat.
