Management system conformity assessment body
Any organization is eligible to apply for certification. To do so, you must:
· Download the application form from our website or obtain it at the "Turkmenstandartlary" office.
· Provide information regarding personnel count, scope of activities, and site addresses.
· Result: We will conduct an application review and prepare a commercial proposal (contract).
The certification process consists of a three-year cycle:
1. Initial Certification:
o Stage 1: Audit of your documentation readiness.
o Stage 2: On-site audit to verify system implementation.
2. Surveillance Audits: Conducted annually (12 and 24 months after certificate issuance) to confirm ongoing compliance.
3. Recertification: Conducted 3-4 months before the current certificate expires to renew it for a new cycle.
You have the right to request:
· Scope Extension: If you have added new types of activities.
· Scope Reduction: If certain processes are no longer performed.
· Suspension/Withdrawal: A certificate may be suspended if critical non-conformities are identified or if a surveillance audit is not completed on time.
If you disagree with an auditor's decision or the quality of our services:
· You may file a formal appeal within 15 working days after the decision is made.
· All complaints are reviewed by an independent Impartiality Committee that was not involved in your specific audit.

Upon receiving your certificate, you gain the right to use the conformity logo on your marketing materials in accordance with "Turkmenstandartlary" rules. Note: Use of the logo on products or laboratory test reports is strictly prohibited.
